Chinese Language Center was established in 1997. Till now, there have been about 550 international students from 14 countries who had finished their study at the center. An annual enrollment of the Chinese language programs is about 60 and the students are arranged into 4-5 classes.
The center has 6 full-time and 4 part-time professional language teachers. They are all qualified and have been granted the Certificate of Teaching Chinese Language by the Ministry of Education of China.
The programs are specially prepared for those foreign students who intend to study or work or travel in China, or who are interested in Chinese language and culture. It alos aims to improve the Chinese language ability of overseas students studying in CUPB. |
